Orient Express Hostel Sofia, FAQ: 1. Q: Where Exactly is Located Orient Express Hostel In Sofia City center ?
A: Orient Express Hostel is located in the the most attractive part of Sofia City Center on a small street "Christo Belchev" close to the corner with Dencoogly Str. The street is the first parallel next to famous "Vitosha" Blvd.
2. Q: Which is the easiest way to reach the hostel ?
A: From Sofia Airport and Centarl Bus/Train Station we recommend to take "OK Supertrans" taxies. The company has booths next to entrance gates at Sofia Airport and Bus Station. From the Railroad Station look for the cabs passing in front of the gates with blue signs "OK" on the doors, or go to the Bus Station located just 2mins walk from there. 3. Q: What about Check in/out time ?
A: We do not have strict check-in time. If desired room is free you can have it immediately. Out check-out time is 11:30AM. For your convenience you can leave your luggage up to 24h without any charges. 4. Q: I'm arriving late or after midnight. How long is your reception open ?
A: Our hostel is open 24h and we do not have time restrictions or curfew, nevertheless, it is always good idea to inform is, if you feel you could be late. 5. Q: Could you arrange airport pick-up for me ?
A: Yes, we can. If you need airport pick-up, please leave words in your booking form, contact us by email or phone with your exact flight information (Flight No, Arrival Sofia Time). We will quote you the extra charge for airport pick-up in the reply email. The drivers insist at least 24h to arrange your pick-up. All the pickups must be confirmed in advance. 6. Q: Can I pay using my credit/debit card ? What currency do you accept?
A: At the present moment we do not accept payments via credit or debit cards. You can always withdraw money from the nearest ATM machines, located just next to Orient Express Hostel. We accept payments in Euro and Bulgarian Leva, although, paymets with US Dollars are also possible. 7. Q: Is there any discount for the groups ?
A: Yes, we have. Basically, we offer a competitive price for groups and long period stay, but the total sum rate should be prepaid. For enquires, contact us by email with all group details. We rarely accept groups during summer and high season reriods. 8 .Q: How can I cancel or change my reservation request?
A: All the resrvations made by email request must be cancelled or changed at least 48h before arrival date to be accepted by hostel administrator. If you decide to change or cancel the prolong during your stay, inform the manager at least 48h in advance, otherwise one night extra charge could be applied 9 . Q: I have a booking. How can I change or cancel it ?
A: All prepaid reservations or made by paying deposit for first few nights can be changed or cancelled using email. We insist at least 2 weeks advanced announcment.
